Assistant Managers act as the right hand to the GM. They are responsible for ensuring the restaurant is running to the Five Guys Standards and meeting all food safety requirements. Assistant managers must be able to write and execute proper staffing levels based on projections, manage all financial responsiblities, order product and manage crew members.

Requirements:

Previous management experience

Cash Handling experience

Great Customer Service

ServSafe Certified

Able to lift more than 50lbs

Understanding of Profit and Loss

Understanding of Labor and Productivity
