General Managers are responsible for ensuring the restaurant is running to the Five Guys Standards and meeting all food safety requirements. General managers must be able to write and execute proper staffing levels based on projections, manage all financial responsiblities, order product and manage crew members. General Managers are responsible for all staffing of the restaurant and must be capable of on boarding crew members, training, and maintaining all necessary paperwork.They must be capable of completing inventory weekly and managing food cost.

Salary 52K-55K

Requirements:

Previous management experience

Cash Handling experience

Great Customer Service

ServSafe Certified

Able to lift more than 50lbs

Understanding of Profit and Loss

Understanding of Labor and Productivity
