At Five Guys, our General Managers oversee the entire restaurant. They work kitchen and serve customers alongside their team - like one big family. We believe the General Manager is the key ingredient to operating a successful Five Guys.

Watching our management teams motivate their crew members from the front line is a site to behold, and ensuring customers arrive happy and leave even happier is their goal. Responsibilities of the Role.
Obviously, a General Manager's are responsible for more than running a great shift. Inventory, scheduling and staffing are the required weekly duties of the job. Five Guys prides itself on being simple, so these tasks are not tedious or time consuming. While these are important, our focus is always on the customer service and environment inside the store.
