The Payroll Administrator position supports the payroll team by completing administrative functions for all aspects of the payroll process.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Process periodic payrolls, ensuring accurate and timely payment to employees
Process employee levies and garnishments. Assist all employees with gathering previous and misplaced check stubs or resolving any questions relating to their paychecks
Enter Federal and State Tax Exemptions
Initiate Direct Deposit / Savings Account Information Assist in year-end process and distribution of W-2’s
Provide support and customer service to Managers and District Manager relating to payroll. Utilize time management skills to multi-task and meet multiple project deadlines. Complete other administrative functions within the payroll department, as needed
